Krem brokułowy z frytkami z pietruszki.

Jest to moja najulubieńsza zupa na świecie, więc musiała tu w końcu zagościć. Na pewno jest to zupa, którą robię najczęściej, ale jej wersje minimalnie się od siebie różnią. Czasem jest z fetą i grzankami czosnkowymi. Czasem bez niczego. Czasem z serem pleśniowym i płatkami migdałów. Wczoraj była w najprostszej formie, z odrobiną prażonego słonecznika.

 2 brokuły (polecam robienie ze świeżych nie mrożonych)
0,5l bulionu (dowolny, z kostki)
4 ząbki czosnku
przyprawy: sól, pieprz, gałka muszkatołowa
śmietana lub jogurt naturalny gęsty
dodatki, jak np. płatki migdałów, ziarna słonecznika, ser feta, ser pleśniowy, parmezan

 Gotujemy brokuły na bardzo miękko. W tym czasie zagotowujemy bulion. Po ugotowaniu wrzucamy brokuły do bulionu, miażdżony/posiekany czosnek, przyprawiamy i gotujemy chwilę. Blenderujemy, doprawiamy śmietaną/jogurtem i dodajemy ewentualne dodatki.
Do zupy świetnie pasują grzanki czosnkowe z bagietki, ale wczoraj, w wersji dietetycznej były frytki z pietruszki - również polecam. Pietruszkę obrać, pokroić w słupki, polać łyżką oliwy, dodać ulubione przyprawy i zioła. U mnie: czosnek granulowany, sól morska, pieprz, papryka, oregano, zioła prowansalskie.
Wykładamy na blachę i pieczemy około 45 minut w 200 stopniach.
